Can I order for in-store pickup?
Yes! We offer convenient in-store pickup.
Due to our system upgrade, pickup is currently only available at our HWY 7 location.
Once your order is prepared, we will send you a notification. It usually takes 30 minutes to 2 hours for your order to be ready.
Are any purchases final sale?
Not all purchases are final sale.
Items marked as Final Sale will be clearly labeled on the product page. For all other products, we’re happy to offer exchanges or returns if there are any quality issues. For full details, please refer to our Return Policy at the bottom of this page.
When will I get my order?
Orders placed before 3:30 PM are typically packed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3:30 PM will be processed the next business day. GTA customers can enjoy our same-day delivery service. For full details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
